Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Cat Weight Kit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.

Description of Service

Cat Weight Kit is operated by Pet App Studios and provides tools to track your cat’s weight, calculate meal plans, and monitor body condition scores.

Medical Disclaimer

Cat Weight Kit is for informational and tracking purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App should ideally be used in collaboration with your veterinarian. Always seek the advice of your veterinarian with any questions you may have regarding your cat's health or weight.

Subscription Terms

• The App offers an annual subscription with a 14-day free trial.

• Payment is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play Store settings.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies.

• Subscription management, including processing of payments and entitlement access, is handled via RevenueCat. RevenueCat may process your purchase information to enable subscription services. For more information, see RevenueCat’s privacy policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

Subscription pricing is displayed in the App Store or Google Play Store and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change.

User Accounts

• Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Provide accurate information when creating your account.

• Do not share your account.

• Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or terminated.

User Content

• You retain ownership of all data you input (cat profiles, weights, photos, etc.).

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your data.

• You grant us permission to store and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

• We are not responsible for data loss, though we take reasonable measures to maintain integrity.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the App for illegal purposes.

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App.

• Reverse engineer or extract source code.

• Use the App in ways that could harm or overload our servers.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Pet App Studios and protected by copyright law.

Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

• We are not liable for decisions made based on information from the App.

• We are not responsible for any harm to your cat resulting from use of the App.

• Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be attempted to resolve in good faith. If unsuccessful, disputes may go to binding arbitration under international arbitration rules.

Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
